Delete Account & User Data
At RepKast, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to permanently delete your RepKast account, personal profile, and associated data at any time.
1. How to Delete Account via RepKast App
If you have the RepKast app installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly by following these simple steps:
- 1. Open the RepKast app on your mobile device.
- 2. Go to your Profile tab and tap on Settings (⚙️).
- 3. Select Account Center > tap on Delete Account.
- 4. Confirm the prompt to permanently remove your account.
2. Request Deletion via Email (Web Request)
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can submit an account deletion request directly to our data privacy team:
• Send an email to: support@repkast.com
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Required Details: Your registered Mobile Number, Email Address, and Full Name.
Our support team will verify your ownership and process the deletion within 7 business days.
3. Data Removed Upon Deletion
When your account deletion is processed:
- • Personal Information: Name, phone number, email, avatar, bio, and login credentials will be permanently erased.
- • User Content: Uploaded workout reels, photos, stories, and feed posts will be deleted from active servers.
- • Gym / Trainer Associations: Linked memberships, trainer requests, and staff affiliations will be disconnected.
4. Data Retention Policy
Certain non-identifiable technical logs, security dispute records, or historical service references may be retained for up to 90 days in secure encrypted backups solely for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and security auditing, after which they are permanently purged.
