These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the RepKast platform, mobile applications, website, and fitness ecosystem services operated by RepKast Technology.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By creating an account, browsing gyms, hiring trainers, or using community features on RepKast, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Users must be at least 13 years old to access and use the platform.
2. Platform Ecosystem & Marketplace Role
RepKast is a unified fitness technology platform facilitating gym discovery, trainer connections, attendance tracking, and fitness community engagement. Unless explicitly stated, the actual fitness services, gym facility access, and training sessions are provided directly by independent gym owners and certified trainers, not by RepKast.
3. Pricing, Offline Payments & Renewals
At the current launch stage, RepKast does not directly process end-user membership payments inside the app. All subscription fees, personal training fees, refunds, and cancellations are agreed upon and handled directly between the user and the respective gym owner or trainer.
4. Physical Safety & Medical Disclaimer
Workout & Health Caution: Physical exercise and gym activities carry inherent risks of injury. You should consult a physician before beginning any strenuous fitness program.
RepKast assumes no liability for physical injuries, medical emergencies, accidents, equipment failures, or disputes occurring at any listed gym premises or during training sessions.
5. Community Rules & User Content
Users and creators may share fitness reels, photos, transformations, and reviews. You agree not to post:
- • Sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, or violent content.
- • Misleading transformations, fake reviews, or impersonations.
- • Dangerous, unverified, or harmful fitness advice.
- • Copyright-infringing media that you do not have rights to publish.
RepKast reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove any content and suspend accounts violating community standards.
6. Provider Responsibilities (Gyms & Trainers)
Gym owners and trainers listed on the platform must provide accurate pricing, truthful facility information, valid certifications, and comply with all applicable local business, health, and tax regulations.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account involved in fraud, spam, policy violations, harassment, or actions that compromise platform security.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
