RepKast may collect personal, operational, and technical information when users, gym owners, or trainers interact with the platform:

• • Account Details: Name, phone number, email address, profile picture, and role (Member, Trainer, Gym Owner).
• • Fitness & Business Data: Gym listings, trainer certifications, pricing plans, and membership verification records.
• • User Content: Uploaded workout reels, stories, posts, comments, reviews, and community interactions.
• • Location Information: Approximate or precise location signals used solely to help users discover nearby gyms, trainers, and fitness events.
• • Technical & Diagnostics: Device identifiers, IP address, crash logs, and app performance analytics.

2. Payments and Financial Information

At this stage, RepKast does not directly process or store end-user card details inside the app. Gym memberships and personal training fees are settled directly or offline between users and providers. RepKast only maintains digital records of approval status, QR attendance, and transaction references for dispute resolution and platform security.

3. How We Use Information

• • To create accounts, authenticate users, and manage memberships.
• • To verify gym facilities and certified trainer profiles.
• • To power social feeds, video reels, and community interactions.
• • To detect fraud, abuse, and maintain overall community safety.
• • To provide customer support and service updates.

4. Content Moderation and Safety

Publicly shared posts and reels are visible to the RepKast community. We enforce strict community guidelines and reserve the right to moderate, hide, or remove any content that violates our safety standards, contains abusive behavior, or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Account and Data Deletion (User Rights)

Users have full control over their personal data. You can request account and associated data deletion directly inside the RepKast mobile app via Settings > Account Center > Delete Account, or by emailing our support team at support@repkast.com. Your account and personal profile data will be permanently removed in accordance with our data retention guidelines.

6. Age Requirement

RepKast is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
